Shipping Options

For tracked and insured shipping please select Royal Mail Signed at checkout. Shipping with Parcelforce, Fedex and DHL will include tracking and insurance. Choosing Royal Mail 1st / 2nd class or Royal Mail Standard are the cheapest options but they do not include any tracking information - use these service at your own risk, we cannot help or refund you if you choose these non trackable shipping methods.


Please note that once we hand over your order to the courier, the delivery date is outside our control and note that a late delivery is not a lost delivery.


Domestic UK Shipping

We aim to ship all goods within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order, however for One-Zero enclosure orders please check the Order Status Checker to see the status of your order. Delivery speed will depend on your chosen delivery method. We highly recommend you choose a trackable shipping method - See Shipping Options above for further details.


Shipping to Outside the UK

Our shipping policy is the same as the above domestic shipping. Please note that you are responsible for any required import and customs payment within your country. We highly recommend you choose a shipping method that is NOT Royal Mail. Royal Mail is cheaper but is very slow.

Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Please use contact form to notify us that you wish to return your order. We will only refund in full if the product is unused and remains within its original protective packaging or if the item was faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. We will process your refund when the order has returned to us in a satisfactory condition. We will refund you the full amount of your order (item + shipping) but will keep a small processing fee, which we cannot claim back from our payment processor Stripe. The amount of this processing fee will be shown to you via email as proof.

You can cancel your order before we ship. However we will keep a small processing fee (this amount will be shown to you via an email), this is because our payment processor (Stripe) keeps a fee which we cannot reclaim back.  If we have already generated a shipping label we will not refund the cost of shipping. Also if we have already printed your artwork we will not refund you for the cost of the print and cut.
